Your mission:

  • Support in building a functional and easy-to-use website from a frontend point of view. 
  • Assist in animating the "core" website with the creation of key landing pages with the use of front-end coding – HTML/CSS/JS. 
  • Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices. 
  • Assist in website optimisation to help improve on loading speeds. 
  • Debug pages and fix broken links or images. 
  • Monitor and analyse site performance (e.g traffic, conversions) from a technical point of view 
  • Monitor web tracking and identify potential shortages. 
  • Assist in communicating to the wider community regarding global improvements and initiatives. 
  • Help to document and communicate best practices with local webmasters and digital project managers. 
  • Follow-up new releases and webshop evolution, with the support of Group Webmaster  
  • Contribute to the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategy to help improve website conversions for all websites. 

Profil

  • You have an understanding with front-end coding like HTML (mandatory), understanding of CSS(mandatory) and JavaScript. Understanding of CMSs and web management systems is a bonus. 
  • You will work with Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Data Studio and other analytical tools and platforms necessary for the effective performance of his duties. Familiarity with these tools is a bonus. 
  • You must thrive working with marketing automation tools. You, therefore, must be a metrics-focused marketer who has a deep interest and love for analysing and understanding data to inform marketing decisions. 
  • Manutan is all about wowing our customers therefore you must be able to learn to understand our customer needs and be objective in their approach. 
  • You are able to use knowledge, facts, and data to effectively solve problems, by thinking out of the box and challenging others to assess problems. 
  • You demonstrate good communication skills both in verbal and written form. You also demonstrate the ability to convey concepts and findings in simplified terms that are easily understandable to non-technical personnel.
