Ready to turn data into decisions? Join our Digital Support team and work with real e-commerce and e-procurement data to identify trends, automate reporting and build actionable insights that help our teams improve digital performance across Europe.

Within the Digital Support team, you will help transform e-commerce and e-procurement data into meaningful business insights. You will work with data from multiple webstores (SISCOs), payment methods, web orders and e-procurement channels, with one key challenge: turn complex digital data into actionable insights that support operational and business decisions. 

 Your future missions: 

Turn order and payment data into actionable insights

  • Collect and analyze order data from different SISCOs/webshops.
  • Analyze paid orders according to different payment methods.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, discrepancies, and unusual payment patterns.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing order volumes, turnover, payment methods, and performance by SISCO.
  • Propose improvements to automate and simplify recurring analyses.
Automate reporting and make data easier to use

  • Centralize and automate the weekly Web News / Digital Performance report.
  • Develop interactive reporting solutions using Python, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.
  • Explore the use of AI to automatically summarize key information, identify significant changes,
  • and generate management insights.
  • Reduce manual reporting activities by creating reusable data-processing scripts and dashboards.
Monitor and challenge our digital performance

  • Monitor Google Analytics on a daily basis.
  • Track turnover and order performance for both web and e-procurement channels.
  • Identify significant fluctuations or abnormal variations in turnover, order volumes, conversion-related indicators, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Investigate potential causes of performance variations and communicate findings to the Digital Support team.
  • Create alerts or automated checks where relevant.

Profile

This internship is for you if...

You are currently studying towards a Master's degree and want to put your Data skills into practice within an international digital environment.

 Depending on your profile, the internship will involve technologies such as:

  • Python for data processing, analysis, and automation.
  • SQL for data extraction and querying.
  • Power BI for interactive dashboards and data visualization.
  • Excel for analysis and reporting.
  • Google Analytics for web and e-commerce performance monitoring.
  • AI / Generative AI for automated reporting, summarization, anomaly detection, and data analysis.
You are comfortable working in English, as this internship is carried out in an international environment.

Internship duration: 4 to 6 months.

Location 
Gonesse, France - This position requires you to be available for regular travel within the group.
